Fortunately for me, I stopped caring about the Oscars a loong time ago. I see it this way: all it really matters is what you think about a certain movie and if it pleases you or not. Personally, I think this movie has some of the best directing I've ever seen. Such a hard movie to pull off without it being just another generic crime thriller.
