How do you choose between two watches?
If you’re struggling between two major decisions, watches happen to make great metaphors.
All watch enthusiasts have experienced this conundrum at least once in their lives. Their eyes have been set between two equally gorgeous timepieces but they are unsure about which one to get. They have voluntarily strapped their hands behind their back in this impossible task which resembles choosing which of your kids is the brightest one and send him/her to college because you can only afford one stupidly expensive Ivy League tuition.
Fear not, my fellow watch nerds. I have been in that same situation. So today, I have compiled a list of tips and tricks for you to make that incredibly hard and scary decision called “commitment”. Hopefully after reading this, you will be one step closer to putting on your big girl/boy pants and swipe the shit out of your debit card.
- Prices are not as important as you think
Before you scream at me, I’m not saying that there’s not that much of a difference between spending 7,000 dollars for that new Omega Speedmaster Professional and paying 540 bucks for the Bulova Lunar Pilot. Your wallet (and the missus) will certainly feel the difference.
