I grew up as a God-fearing child. My parents had a DVD copy of this film and I never could convince myself to watch it. I was afraid of it.

Years later I watched it and I was surprised about everything. Who knows what kind of effect it would've had on me if I'd seen it when I was a 12 year old boy.
