I guess I don't like his style in general. Most of his films tend to depress me for some reason. Only Beetlejuice and The Corpse Bride I haven't been turned off by them so far. But I haven't seen either of the "Ed's". I might give them a chance in the future. I still acknowledge, just like with Hitchcock, that they guy clearly knows what he's doing and it doesn't surprise me how many people like him to this day.
