Like I stated, I do understand the "necessity" behind award ceremonies like the Oscars because it allows audiences to know about ideally good films that have no chance to survive at the box office. But I also agree they're now insufferable worship, self-congratulating and excessive ceremonies that at times feel mean spirited. What a dilemma, truly. The Razzies are just terrible. Borderline anti cinema events.
