REC might be my favorite one I've seen. I was surprised at how scared I was. And judging the behind-the-scenes footage, the actors were sometimes pretty terrified too as they didn't exactly know what they were going to shoot that day.

I must admit the choice of going digital on it has to be appreciated. If it were on film it would look weird and unnatural.
