Things I’d Love To See For The Nintendo Switch 2
The biggest release of the year is coming but we know little about it. Allow me to fill in the blanks!
It’s been so long since the Nintendo Switch was dropped, an actual global pandemic broke out and was ultimately controlled before a successor was even hinted at by them. It’s been so long I’m actually starting to believe a Switch scarcity is what caused the French Revolution. After a long wait, we finally received a “sneak peek” into what Nintendo is cooking up for summer.
As much as this announcement broke the internet, the fact of the matter is that we know almost nothing about this new console. We know it’s black. We know it’s big. We know it looks good. We know it keeps the headphone jack and has a bigger, more adaptable stand. And we know it’s probably going to be better in every single way to its predecessor. But that’s about it, really. A Switch “Pro Max”, if you will. Even so, considering the brutal level of innovation we’ve usually seen from Nintendo hardware, I have to say the expectations are quite high.
Until the “official presentation” takes place in April, we’ll have to stick with our conspiracy theories.
