This is ultimately (pun intended) my biggest fear in regards to Smash. If a new title is produced but it doesn't have the entire roster back, it would be a disservice to the series. If it even dares to compensate by trying to do something different, I'm afraid it won't be enough to compensate the fact that the best roster of all time is gone.
