Actually, quite a lot.

My father’s Omega Constellation

As incredibly moronic, conflictive and annoying modern life can be, there is no doubt human beings have never experienced a time as comfortable and abundant in opportunities as today.

After all, for ridiculously large amounts of money, you can have in a single device a camera, a cellphone, a notepad, a computer, a video editor and multiple apps for stalking and senselessly comparing your mediocre life to the obviously fake happiness behind Instagram stories. Of course, within all that glorious misery, this device called “smartphone” also is able to tell the time far more accurately than any single timepiece ever made in history.

Naturally, there is a very obvious question you might be wondering. Who in their right state of mind would ever spend hard earned cash for a wristwatch in this day and age?

The answer is watch-nerds. There are people willing to spend thousands of dollars for a basic watch out of nothing but sheer love. The watch community is an amazing space for camaraderie, openness, learning and making fun of people who own Hublots.

It is therefore my ambitious objective to drag you down with us. Because getting bit by the watch collecting bug will be the best and worst thing that could ever happen to you.
